Great products, long delivery

I ordered a commercial fryer and a stainless steel prep table for my new cafe. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on the website, easy to find what I needed. Everything arrived in good condition, well-packaged, no dents or scratches, which is always a relief with large items like these. Took about 10 days to get to my location in Florida which felt a bit long, especially since I was eager to get setup. Customer support was helpful when I called to check on the delivery status, they gave me a clear update. Quality of both items seems solid, exactly what I expected for professional use. Just wish shipping was quicker for commercial equipment.

Late delivery, good quality

Ordered disposable food containers. They arrived a day later than estimated, which was a bit inconvenient for our schedule. However, the containers themselves were good quality. They held up well. Packaging was secure.

Good value on cleaning supplies

I was looking for a good deal on cleaning chemicals and floor cleaners. This was my first time ordering from Round Eye Supply. I found their volume pricing on the degreasers to be pretty good, which helped save a bit. Shipping wasn't free for my order size, but the overall cost was still better than my usual local supplier. Worth it for the savings.

Detailed review for first order

I placed an order for various kitchen items: some stainless steel prep tables, a few wire racks, and a commercial blender. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, though finding specific dimensions for the prep tables took a bit of digging. Delivery was freight for the larger items and it took about a week and a half to get to our location in upstate New York. Everything arrived well-packaged, no damage at all, which was a relief for the heavier equipment. The prep tables are sturdy, and the blender seems to be a solid workhorse so far. Their customer service was responsive when I had a question about the freight delivery window. Overall, a positive experience for a large initial order, I felt I got what I paid for.

Good bulk sugar order

I recently bought 50lb bags of granulated sugar from here. The price was competitive, and the bulk savings were decent. The delivery was surprisingly fast, only took 4 days to reach Austin, which was a plus. One minor issue was that one of the bags had a small tear, but it was inside the outer shipping bag, so no sugar was lost. Customer service was responsive when I mentioned it, even though it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a good experience for restocking staples, but they could improve on bag durability.

Fast and easy order

Ordered disposable food containers. Site was simple to navigate. Checkout was quick. Items arrived on time. Good quality containers. Will buy again.

Reliable for bulk goods

This was my fourth order, and it was just as smooth as the others. We got our usual bulk flour and cooking oil. Delivery took 5 days to reach us in Ohio, which is standard. Prices are always competitive, and the product quality for our staples is consistent. I keep coming back for that reliability.

Got my trash liners fast

Needed some heavy-duty trash liners for the restaurant and found them here. The site was easy to use, just searched and added to cart. Got a good amount for the price. They came pretty quick, like 3 or 4 days to get here. No fuss, no drama. Happy with what I got.
